Ένας φάρος - μνημείο για τα θύματα του ναυαγίου

του Costa Concordia.

O συνδυασμός κινήσεων του κουφαριού του πλοίου κατά την επιχείρηση ανέλκυσης ειδομένος ως χορογραφία οδήγησε στη μορφή. Ο κάθετος άξονας του όρθιου, πια, κουφαριού αντικαθίσταται από τον φάρο, ο οποίος ακολουθώντας τη σειρά των ίδιων κινήσεων αντίστροφα, στρέφεται, επιπλέει και, μέσω του μεταλλικού σκελετού στήριξης του κουφαριού κατα την ανέλκυση, γαντζώνεται στον βράχο. Μία δέσμη φωτός παραμένει στον κατακόρυφο άξονα να σηματοδοτεί τον τόπο θρήνου και να προστατεύει.

A lighthouse - memoria for the victims of the Costa Concordia disaster.
The combination of movements of the carcass during the salvage operation, as a choreography, leads to the form. The vertical axis of the recuperated wreck is, symbolically, replaced by the lighthouse, which, following the sequence of movements, rotates, floats and, together with the “wreck supporting” scaffold grips on to the rock. The intangible light remains up to illuminate the site of mourning and protect.
